Bookahotel.net reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to any or all bookahotel.net websites or its other sales channels and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for general maintenance or any reason what so ever..

The travel partner expressly undertakes to provide to bookahotel.net only correct and valid information while requesting for any services under this agreement, and not to make any misrepresentation of facts at all. Any default on part of the travel partner would vitiate the bookings and shall disentitle the travel partner from availing the services from bookahotel.net

Our system is a FIT (Free Individual Traveler) Reservation system which allows maximum of 5 Rooms to be booked at one time. However any activity which has more than 3 rooms or 9 passengers booked for the “same date of travel and same hotels of stay” combination is handled as per group terms and conditions. In such cased we have rights to cancel any confirmed or vouchered reservation(s) without any prior intimation. You are requested to contact our Doha office in case of group or reservation with more than 3 room requirement.

Any special request (Eg: Rooms on high floor or lower floor, sea view, DBL/Twin bed, connecting rooms etc.) as it’s subject to availability at the time of check-in

Termination:
We may terminate the service under the following circumstances.
# Non-payment of dues
# You are in breach of any term or condition of this Agreement
# Your use of the service disrupts our business operations or affects any other party
Representations and Warranties.
You represent and warrant that:

1. You possess the legal right and ability to enter in the making the representations and warranties contained in this agreement;
2. All information that you submit to us is true and accurate;
3. You will keep your registration and account information up to date;
4. You will be responsible for all use of your account even if use was conducted without your authority or permission
5. You will not be the site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this agreement (for example, and not by way of limitation, abiding by the services rules,
AND
Your responsibility: When you apply to use our services, you will be provided with an Agent ID and will be required to select your password. The agent ID and password are the means through which you access certain services ( Account ), you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to safeguard the agent ID and password you select from any unauthorized use. IN NO EVENT WILL BOOKAHOTEL.NET BE LIABLE FOR THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OR MISUSE OF YOUR AGENT ID OR PASSWORD. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information at all times, including credit card and contact information. This information can be updated in your account setting.
